A new-build oak-framed dwelling built in rural Hampshire.
Working with CMF property consultants, the replacement dwelling represents a significant improvement to the tired bungalow that occupied the site previously.
A completely open-plan ground floor allows for a connection between all social spaces along with a completely oak-framed glazed façade to the south west of the dwelling. A feature staircase upon arrival through the double height entrance sequence leads to large master-suite and further bedrooms at first floor level. Furthermore, a basement level incorporates a media room and provides an area for the family to escape to.
