Our project at Yew Tree Lodge in Old Basing has been granted permission. The project involved a relatively small extension, however the unique existing dwelling along with its location in a conservation area next to a Listed Building presented some existing challenges.
The proposed extension looks to improve the living accommodation whilst also connecting an existing garden outbuilding. The proposals incorporate a unique roof-form that responds to the existing roof. Large overhangs, expanses of glazing, and a standing seamed roof make for a unique proposal.
