PLANNING SUBMITTED!
We are delighted to have recently submitted this rural housing scheme for planning. The site has its challenges with ecology, BNG, heritage, greenbelt, drainage, space standards etc. However at the heartbeat of the scheme is a proposal to renovate and repurpose a set of old buildings to provide small family homes in a rural location which otherwise would be unobtainable to many. #brownfield #rennovation #conversionarchitecture #bournemoutharchitects

Progress on site for our scheme for 2 new house and 4 flats. Roof of the existing building is off ready for building up walls and putting a new crown roof on. Due for completion in the summer and we’ll keep you updated!

Beautifully designed space with multiple options of entrance doors, casement windows, sash windows, bifold doors, sliding doors, crittal effect, roof lights and much much more. All in situ and very useful to compare and view mock ups of all the above in the design stage before we are on site. Very grateful to revisit one of our more ambitious

Very grateful to revisit one of our more ambitious house remodelling projects - especially fantastic to see it in the sun!

The brief was to design a house their young family could live in for now and the future. Plenty of interesting features, structural gymnastics, open spans, asymmetric vaulted roofs and a collaboration with a client that cared about the details.

@sheerwaterglass were instrumental in helping push the boundaries and influence a fantastic project. If you have a glazing project of any sort, contact them! But if you need assistance with your own architectural or home project, we would be happy to help.

Wonderful to revisit a project that we designed a few years ago. The garden is now grown and the clients have created a home filled with their personality and colour. Originally a bungalow, we reconfigured and added a new floor to the property, with full storey dormers, vaulted spaces and varying light occupying the house throughout the entire day. We worked closely with the conservation officer and heritage consultant to ensure the historic character and value of the building was preserved.
