Shoelands Farm makes efficient use of a series of existing historic farm buildings providing a much needed mix of small rural houses.

A mixture of old stables, dairies and hay lofts are carefully reorganised and repurposed on the Shoelands Farm scheme. In principle the proposed scheme provides a much-needed collection of small rural houses, however the planning challenges including the greenbelt, AONB, and neighbouring listed buildings have required a robust, detailed and comprehensive planning application.
