A detached house required a careful planning strategy working alongside Paul Dickinson and Associates to navigate over the planning hurdles. The existing roof was removed and then raised to create accommodation in the roof, along with extending significantly to the side and rear to create a pair of semi-detached houses in a sought-after location in south-west London.
