After a long battle in planning, our project at Surbiton Crescent has been granted planning permission. The project originally was granted approval for retail premises but after a change to the immediate road access, a residential solution was more appropriate.
The building will offer 2 duplex apartments within walking distance of Kingston Town Centre and the university. Sitting next to a tall building of townscape merit, the design solution looks to present a contemporary alternative to the neighbouring building at an appropriate scale.
