A challenging site located on the harbour front in an Area of National Beauty, the project involves looking at proposals for regenerating the existing dwelling into a small family home.
The surrounding landscape both within the site boundary and extending to the local area inform the design proposals significantly. The proposals look to maximise views in and out of the site, and incorporating the existing Victorian sunken garden.
