A pair of semi-detached dwellings situated in a picturesque location directly overlooking the estuary. The proposed dwellings tackle a challenging site with its sloping relief and triangular footprint.

Their plans are carefully configured to offer double garages, open-plan living spaces with terraces overlooking the sea, 4 bedrooms, with one dwelling benefiting from a rooftop terrace with a standalone bath looking out to sea.

Located on the edge of a conservation area typified by Victorian terraces, the proposals look to respect the location whilst also taking the opportunity to include contemporary details in such a sought-after plot. Minimal aluminium-framed sliding doors to the terraces are framed with Portland stone reveals. Glass balustrades and cantilevered roofs allow one to take in the expansive views over the estuary while also providing focal points back to the shoreline.
