PROJECT STATUS – Built
Following the success of the flagship store in Fitzrovia, a complete refurbishment was made to the original Deli at Kingly Street to update the branding and organisation of the space.
Balancing both a design aesthetic with the pragmatics of the morning breakfast rush, the room was re-organised with a larger bar for display and service, a preparation area and a seating area with new lighting.
The use of colourful tiles and white marble followed on from the material palette used in the Mortimer Street store, where repetition of details and combinations of materials contributed further to building the Detox Kitchen brand across London.
