An existing 1930’s bungalow in much need of updating through a complete refurbishment, side, rear and loft extension.
With the changing needs of the family, the brief and design was developed to change the way the family used and moved about the house. The project incorporated additional bedrooms, a master bedroom in the roof space and a large kitchen/ dining/ family room to the rear.
The use of art-deco style windows and crisp white render ensures the family room enjoys natural daylight throughout the day and reconnects this space with direct access and views towards the garden.
