FlowerKittle are pleased to announce that the Appledore project has reached practical completion. The clients originally bought the site in 2014 which represents a 4 year journey for them, where they can now enjoy the panoramic views out to sea.
The construction took just over a year to complete the 2 new dwellings, with the weather and its coastal location presenting challenges for the main contractor Anderson and Evans in Devon, who were great throughout.
We are thrilled with the completed buildings and believe they respect the existing context whilst also incorporating some contemporary twists. This was always the intention where you can see in the image above how our pre-planning artistic impression is a close match to the real thing.
