The existing terraced flat based in North London obtained planning permission for a rear extension to the property. The proposals required significant consultation with the planning authority to determine the footprint of the extension. The new addition will provide our clients with much needed space to their kitchen/dining room, and along with a complete internal refurbishment the flat will be transformed.
